Iram has held executive leadership positions at Prince during his long tenure.  Previously VP of Operations.  Iram's career exemplifies professional expertise in Operations Management working with World class companies such as Emerson Electric, General Motors, AVX,  Delphi Automotive and of course Prince Manufacturing. Iram has held key positions in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management and Operations. During his career, he has successfully completed different assignments throughout the US and Mexico. A native of Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico; Iram earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from Chihuahua Technological Institute in 1994 and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2012.

Iram has held executive leadership positions at Prince during his long tenure.  Previously VP of Operations.  Iram’s career exemplifies professional expertise in Operations Management working with World class companies such as Emerson Electric, General Motors, AVX,  Delphi Automotive and of course Prince Manufacturing. Iram has held key positions in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management and Operations. During his career, he has successfully completed different assignments throughout the US and Mexico. A native of Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico; Iram earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from Chihuahua Technological Institute in 1994 and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2012.
Jonathan has over 15 years in finance and strategy spanning the manufacturing, textile innovation and technology industries. Most recently, Moore served as CFO at Rugged Solutions America, a private equity backed value added reseller and assembler specializing in providing durable computing and high-end headset communication solutions, catering to industries and environments that require equipment resistant to harsh conditions. Before these roles, Moore was the Director of Finance & Strategy with Milliken & Company, a diversified global manufacturing company known for its innovations in textiles, chemicals, and floor covering. Jonathan holds CPA, CMA, and CGMA designations and holds a BS in Accounting from Clemson University, a BA in History from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

Jonathan has over 15 years in finance and strategy spanning the manufacturing, textile innovation and technology industries. Most recently, Moore served as CFO at Rugged Solutions America, a private equity backed value added reseller and assembler specializing in providing durable computing and high-end headset communication solutions, catering to industries and environments that require equipment resistant to harsh conditions. Before these roles, Moore was the Director of Finance & Strategy with Milliken & Company, a diversified global manufacturing company known for its innovations in textiles, chemicals, and floor covering. With 24 years of expertise in Human Resources, Belinda is a professional Human Resources executive, primarily in the global manufacturing sector. She is a results-focused leader who delivers solutions to the organization bolstering performance, retention, legal compliance, and organizational development. Belinda holds HRCI and SHRM credentials to support her knowledge and experience, as well as a Bachelor of Business degree from Montreat College.

With 24 years of expertise in Human Resources, Belinda is a professional Human Resources executive, primarily in the global manufacturing sector. She is a results-focused leader who delivers solutions to the organization bolstering performance, retention, legal compliance, and organizational development. Belinda holds HRCI and SHRM credentials to support her knowledge and experience, as well as a Bachelor of Business degree from Montreat College.
Andy has been involved in manufacturing for over 37 years. Andy began his career in Electrical Engineering and later moved into Sales Management. He has been in a Plant Manager / General Manager role across various industries for the last 27 years. Experienced in project management, turnarounds, relocations, and startups.

Bryan has twenty eight years of manufacturing leadership at various levels, across several industries, including sheet metal fabrication, electro plating, fluid power and conveyance, medical textiles, prosthetics, flexible packaging, fiberglass, and aerospace investment casting. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, FDA Certified Lead Auditor and has an MBA in Operations Management.

Bryan has twenty eight years of manufacturing leadership at various levels, across several industries, including sheet metal fabrication, electro plating, fluid power and conveyance, medical textiles, prosthetics, flexible packaging, fiberglass, and aerospace investment casting. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, FDA Certified Lead Auditor and has an MBA in Operations Management.

Bill has spent 25 + years in various sales leadership roles within the Chemical, Environmental, and Textile market sectors, most recent as President, Americas.  He thrives on data-driven decisions, collaboration, humility, and solution-based services for customers.  Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University.
Francisco Carreon has over 30 years of experience managing operations in Mexico in a great variety of industries. Through the years, he has successfully launched and transitioned many operations from the US to Mexico. He has completed over 11 greenfield projects and opened over 10 plants across Mexico. He has also instrumented various manufacturing footprint moves to Mexico from the US, Europe and Asia. He has worked in various industries like automotive electronics, oil & gas flow management, pumping systems, medical devices, metal fabrication, agriculture irrigation systems, and aerospace instrumentation, cable harnesses, contract manufacturing, and has worked in key leadership positions at various world class companies like Sanmina, Aptiv, Hella, Tenere, Stant, Rivulis, ITT Industries, among others. Francisco has a General Management and Finance degree from The University of Texas at Brownsville.
