Organizational Announcement – Belinda Dye

I am very pleased to welcome Belinda Dye to our team in the position of USA Human Resources Manager, effective January 7, 2019.  Belinda will support our mission of growth of employee relations, benefit administration, team building and human resources best practices within the organization and will report directly to me, as she has overall responsibility for the facilities in the United States and Corporate from Asheville.

Belinda has a diverse background in Human Resources spanning 20 years, which will bring an HR focus and support to our organization.  Belinda holds a bachelor’s degree from Montreat College and holds two Human Resources Certifications of PHR and SHRM-CP.  Prior to accepting this position, she has served as a Human Resources Business Partner/Director with Teijin. Belinda brings experience and a proven track record of success in the Human Resources area, which will be invaluable in meeting the goals and objectives of our company.

I am confident that Belinda will be a tremendous asset to our organization.
