Organizational Announcement – Luis Antonio Ramirez

I am very pleased to announce Luis Antonio Ramirez promotion in the position of Juarez Plant Manager effective February 22th, 2019.  Luis has been Acting Juarez Plant Manager since October 2018.  During this time, we have accelerated the improvement in different operational areas including improving on-time deliveries to our customers.

Luis joined our Prince team on July 16th of 2018 as Operations Manager.  He has been working on improving production controls through the implementation of Lean concepts leading our team to reduce our WIP inventories, as well as implementation of standard works, floor shop ideas program, generating engagement trough Gemba walks involving managers and support departments personnel.

Luis has a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.  He has 18+ years of manufacturing experience in a wide range of management positions in various industries including Medical devices, Textiles, Chemical processes, and Automotive.

Luis has a strong background and Leadership that will help continue to support our team and our future growth at Juarez.

I am confident that Luis in his new role will continue to be a tremendous asset to our organization and customers.
